Question 1

The most beautiful place I have been in Japan is Manzamo, in Okinawa, also known (in English, for obvious reasons) as Elephant Rock.

Question 2

The landscape there is beautiful and the sunset as seen from there is spectacular. Also, you can get sweet and delicious pineapple there in the right season.

Question 3

I think the most beautiful Japanese actress was Setsuko Hara. She was in several of the classic films of the great Director Yasujirō Ozu. In addition to her classical Japanese beauty, she also usually played characters who embodied classical Japanese qualities.

Question 4

I imagine that my hobby of drinking and snacking late at night does not do much to improve my looks.

Question 5

I don't know about Canadian attitudes in general, but I can't imagine anyone among my group of friends choosing to get cosmetic surgery.

Question 6

I think that, even if I could, I would not choose to do this.

Question 1

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been to is a place called Blue Lake. It's near Mount Gambier in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. I went there about thirty-five years ago on a family vacation.

Question 2

Blue Lake is a lake situated in a dormant volcano. Something about the volcanic soil gives the lake the most amazing blue colour. I went there when I was about five or six years old and the memory has stayed with me all these years.

Question 3

I like Yu Yamada. She has nice eyes and a great smile. It's kind of strange to admit but I also like the shape of her nose.

Question 4

I don't think I get enough sleep. By the time I get home from work, it's usually close to 10:30. Realistically, I should be going to bed as soon as I get home. I usually don't though. I want to watch a little TV or catch up on my correspondence with my friends back home first. This means I don't get to bed until after midnight, which only gives me six hours sleep or less. I'm sure I look tired all the time and I think lack of sleep has made my body age quicker.

Question 5

I think there used to be a stigma around getting plastic surgery, like only the super rich or incredibly vain get it. I think that has changed in recent years though and people are more accepting of the idea.

Question 6

I would like to have more hair. I miss my hair.

Question 1

I think that the most beautiful place that I have ever been to is Glacier National Park in Montana USA. I went hiking there for three weeks in 1996. There was an amazing display of natural wildlife and scenery. We had to be careful at night, because there are many grizzly bears in the park.

Question 2

Glacier National Park has always been a place that is voted the most beautiful park in the world for hiking. There are many flowers, lakes, glaciers, and mountains.

Question 3

Nakajo Ayami. Pauline is her English name. I am friends with her father. His name is Dom Steward. He is Scottish. I also used to teach at her mother's school in Abeno. She is naturally beautiful. Whenever I see her she never wears makeup. She also has a nice personality. She doesn't let fame go to her head.

Question 4

I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a day.

Question 5

In America plastic surgery used to be very popular. I think as of recent it's popularity is starting to fade. A more natural look is in now.

Question 6

I wish that I could go back to my thirties. I was very active daily, and had more time to myself.

Question 1

There are two places that I think are beautiful, the first is Kinkaku-ji. I went there because it is such a popular tourist destination. I last went there about 10 years ago. The second is a small village in New Zealand called Te Anau. It is close to my home town and it is like Queenstown before it got famous. I last went there 3 years ago.

Question 2

In Kinkaku-ji the lake and garden areas are beautiful with the golden pavilion in the center providing a building with a lot of splendor and history. Te Anau is famous for its lake, surrounding nature and mountains. The small village is nice and relaxing and the local people are very friendly.

Question 3

I do not know much about celebrities as I am not so interested in them, but when I googled "beautiful Japanese" a model named Meisa Kuroki was the most popular choice. I think she is popular because she is tall, thin and has a pretty face.

Question 4

I do not have any routines other than exercising. I gained a lot of weight and fat when I broke my leg so I am trying to burn it off and get fitter and healthier. I do a little weight training and I walk my dog every day.

Question 5

I think plastic surgery is acceptable for all situations in New Zealand. I think most rich people can afford cosmetic surgery to fix something about their appearance that they do not like if they wish to, but normal every day people usually do not have the money to do so.

Question 6

If I could change anything about my appearance I would change my height. I have always wanted to be taller - about 190 cm - as I am 172 cm now. I think it would be practical in that I could reach things easily, I think I would be better at rugby (although I am probably too old to play competitively now) and I think tall men are seen as being more handsome than shorter men.
