Question 1

I remember watching an American psychological thriller film titled, "The Perfection" with my friends. It was released in 2018. The movie revolves around two cellist prodigies.

Question 2

The main characters were Allison WIlliams, Logan Browning, and Steven Weber. I'm not too familiar with them. We just wanted to choose a newly released available movie on Netflix that time. Little did we know we would end up wasting time on a movie that just left us perplexed.

Question 3

The director was Richard Shepard. He won some prestigious awards but I guess the movie plot just didn't interest us.

Question 4

There were too many cringey scenes that just didn't make sense. It was supposed to be a thriller but there were a lot of awkward and ridiculous scenes that made us laugh. Although the ending was surprising, it felt dull.

Question 5

When the movie Tenet was released in 2020, there was a lot of hype about it. Sci-fi fans really enjoyed it but I've heard some people need to rewatch it several times to understand the storyline. I prefer to watch movies that can amuse me and relieve my stress. I'm rarely in the mood to watch a movie that has a complicated plot.

Question 6

I used to choose films based on recommendations from my friends. However now that I moved to Japan, there's only a few options on Netflix and Amazon Prime that contains subtitles. I just choose what's available and then check reviews online if it's worthwhile.
