Question 2

My family never think of preparing for such an event since earthquakes are very rare in Indonesia. With that being said, floods are pretty common in Jakarta so we take that into consideration when building a house. Some other preparations include building a bunker, buying long-lasting food, and having an emergency kit ready.

Question 3

I think it was last month. I was alone cooking dinner and felt a slight sway. I thought I was having vertigo but my friends who live in the area felt the same! I didn't feel any particular danger as it was a very minor one but I did get worried if an even bigger earthquake happened somewhere in Japan.

Question 4

There was a heavy flood in Uttarakhand, India two weeks ago. More than 70 people were killed. This flood was caused by the heavy rains that have ravaged multiple areas of Northern India.

Question 5
