Question 1

I slept for 9 hours last night. It was a very good sleep as I didn't wake up at all. Waking up in the morning was very hard because it was so rainy. I don't know why but when it rains, waking up becomes extremely difficult for me.

Question 2

One problem that I sometimes have is stress and overthinking. My brain just wouldn't stop working and I can't really relax and sleep.

Question 3

If I really need to sleep early, I take 5 grams of melatonin. It usually works pretty well and I fall asleep between 5 to 10 minutes after taking it. Aromatherapy also works sometimes. I like the smell of vanilla and lilac; they help me fall asleep faster.

Question 4

It's definitely my dad. He falls asleep so easily, we even came up with a family joke about it! The moment his head hits the pillow, the snoring begins.

Question 5

If I remember correctly, my mentor told me that 7 to 8 hours of sleep is a must. I achieve that almost every day, except for Saturdays since I have to wake up at 6 am.

Question 6

I dream about so many things - from people that I know to being attacked by a horde of zombies! The last dream that I had was about going to Thailand with two of my close friends. I don't exactly remember what happened but I remember visiting a night market and bargaining for souvenirs.
