  1. How many hours did you sleep last night? Was it a good night's sleep? Why?
  2. There are many things that can stop us from getting a good night's sleep. Name one. Do you suffer from this interruption?

Question 1

I slept for 6 hours last night. I think it was still a good night's sleep because I didn't wake up tired.

Question 2

I can't get a good night's sleep if I'm worrying about an unfinished task or a problem I haven't found a solution too yet.

When I can't sleep I try reading a book until I feel sleepy again.

Question 4

I think my youngest sister sleeps the best because she doesn't wake up in the middle of the night. She can sleep undisrupted throughout the night. My mom is probably the worst sleeper. She has terrible insomnia and would sleep at 2 or even 4 am!

Question 5

For someone my agae, I think 7-8 hours is a healthy amount of sleep time. I'm able to get around 6-7 hours regularly, which I think isn't that bad.

Question 6

I usually don't remember my dreams. But when I do dream it's usually some kind of stressful situation, and that usually happens when I'm stressed in real life!
