Question 1

I got about five hours sleep. It was a good night sleep but it was not enough as I have to get up early to help get the kids ready for school and groom the dog.

My children kicking me when they are sleeping stops me from having a good sleep.

I usually take some hay fever medication as it always makes me feel sleepy.
