  1. There are many beef dishes that are popular in Japan. Name one. Do you eat this dish? If yes, do you eat it at home or at a restaurant? Is there a restaurant or recipe you can recommend?
  2. When was the last time you had red meat (beef, lamb / mutton, pork, veal, venison or goat)? How was it? Why?
  3. Do you prefer red meat, white meat (birds or fish) or vegan / vegetarian food? What is your favourite dish?
  4. What is the most expensive or the most delicious beef you have ever tasted? Where and when did you have it? Who paid? Was it good value? Why? (Note : if you are vegetarian, tell us about when and how you became one.)
  5. Doctors are often asking us to decrease our red meat intake. Have you started to reduce the amount of red meat you eat? Why? (Note : if you are vegetarian, tell us about the best vegetarian meals you have tried.)
