My mom didn't really allow my sister and me to eat junk foods as they're perceived as being very unhealthy and questionable in Indonesia. There was a documentary that showed what's going on behind the scenes of one of Indonesia's biggest fast-food chains, KFC. Question 4

One of the very first chains that I visited in Australia was that of Red Rooster. It was exciting as I've never seen a service so fast and efficient! Subway was also a unique experience for me as it was the first fast-food chain that I thought was healthy and fresh.

In Japan, I think Freshness Burger is the healthiest option when it comes to fast-food. The least healthy option would probably be McDonald's as I've heard some unpleasant stories from my friends who've worked there before!

Question 6

I think Gyoza no Ohsho has changed over the past several decades. They have changed their interior and menu designs. I think with their current business model. they will survive for a long time even when new competitors come to the fast-food scene. They are in fact one of the only restaurants in Ubereats (Kyoto) that is constantly getting orders and maintain an excellent review.
