Question 1

Yes, I have. I was attacked by some drunk guy in a Jankara about ten years ago. He smashed a beer glass into my face. I assume he had a reason but I didn't think to ask at the time. My face was cut up pretty badly and he knocked out a tooth. The folks at Jankara were nice enough to call me an ambulance and I was taken to an emergency room to have my injuries attended to.

Question 2

I sure did. See the above story. I thought I was going to lose my eye for a while there. I still have a few bits of glass floating around in the aqueous humor. Makes for a fun little light show from time to time.

Question 3

Brian Meeker. He's a former Olympic gymnast who ran full tilt into a vaulting horse. The jump he made immediately before was executed with expert precision. He wanted one more try though because he had to be perfect. Here's a link to the video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6O0Ic39QOxs

Question 4

According to a 2017 study by CNBC, logging workers suffer the most fatalities of any profession worldwide. I'm not at all surprised to learn that climbing giant trees and cutting them down with high-powered chainsaws results in all kinds of injury and death. Even so, there never seems to be a shortage of people ready to do the work. The pay must be pretty good.

Question 5

I didn't witness it as it happened to me. A desk fell on my head when I was in high school. I was in the drama space, sitting on the floor with everyone else, watching a performance. One minute I was looking at the stage, the next I was looking at my crotch. I imagine it must have looked much like the cartoons where people have anvils fall on them.

Question 6

I would have to say I'm accident-prone, given all of the times I've been randomly and savagely struck in the head during my life. I'm blessed with a thick skull though apparently. Thanks, genetics!
