Question 1

My favorite season in Boston is Autumn, my favorite season in Japan is Winter. In Boston, the Autumn has beautiful trees. The foliage changes the color of the trees before the leaves fall. My favorite sport American Football also starts in the Fall. I like Winter in Japan because the temperature is not so hot, and the New Year holiday is so fun.

Question 2

Yes, I live in Japan. The rainy season is from June until July. However, I've noticed that it's not that consistent. We had a typhoon last July at the end of the month.

Question 3

I think San Diego has the nicest climate year round. I wouldn't want to live there because I'm from New England. In New England we have four distinctive seasons. Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. I prefer the changing of the seasons. In San Diego it's Summer year round.

Question 4

The flat plains of America suffer from major tornados(twisters). They come swiftly with no warning. They are responsible for many deaths, and millions of dollars in damage.

Question 5

The worst weather that I have ever experienced was hiking on Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. Mt. Washington is famous for having the highest recorded wind speed at its peak in the world!

Question 6

The world is warming. Anyone who denies it is a fool(Donald Trump)! I used to go ice skating at a pond in my hometown every Thanksgiving. The pond was dubbed Thanksgiving day pond, because we played ice hockey on it every Thanksgiving Day holiday. Now, the same pond doesn't freeze over all Winter. The polar ice caps are melting at an alarming rate. Global warming!
