Question 1

My wife and I buy large goods online as it is much easier to have them delivered than for us to go to the shop and buy them and transport them home ourselves. Sometimes I feel a little sorry for the delivery people though.

Question 2

There are two bulky products that we buy regularly online. The first is dog food. Dog food is quite heavy to carry, especially with other foodstuffs from the local supermarket. The second bulky product is baby diapers which we buy in bulk, We always need diapers at the moment and the diaper packages are quite large, so we get them online.

Question 3

I think many people are going to choose Amazon or Rakuten so I will be a little different. In New Zealand, we have a site called Trade Me. On this site, you can buy products just like on Amazon or Rakuten, or you can trade one thing for another.

Question 4

As I said, we buy large items regularly and we are always satisfied. That is why we are repeat customers.

Question 5

I haven't regretted anything, but my wife said that she regrets buying some clothing items. She said the color and sizing were not correct.

I have mixed feelings about it, it is very convenient but it also makes doing business very hard for smaller shops. It's complicated but I feel very sorry for the family-owned businesses going out of business because of net shopping.

As I was saying in my other comment. My wife also orders our dog food online. She has also been addicted to Mercari lately. You can buy and sell used things.
