Question 1

I believe Machu Picchu takes the crown as it gets more than 1.5 million visitors each year. I've never been there but I would love to explore the site of ancient Inca ruins. I want to take my drone and capture beautiful shots of the ruins from above!

Question 2

The Burj Khalifa in Dubai is one of them. It was built in 2004 and opened in 2010. I believe it was built by Samsung's construction division. My parents have been there and they said that it's incredibly tall. It's currently ranked as the tallest building in the world.

Question 3

Mt. Fuji has been one of the most popular tourist attractions in Japan! I always tell people that Mt. Fuji is actually three volcanoes stacked on top of each other. Komitake volcano is the lowermost layer, Kofuji volcano is in the middle, and Fuji is the topmost layer. I also found that women weren't allowed to climb Mt. Fuji until the 19th century. Another interesting fact is that the mountain is in fact still active. The last time it erupted was over 300 years ago!

Question 4

While it's impossible to measure the importance of an invention, I believe that literature and writing have brought us very far into civilization. Without writing, we wouldn't have developed technology, science, and even mathematics. Civilization can't advance without a way to store and spread information.

Question 5

In no particular order, I would say Kinkakuji, Kiyomizu-Dera, Fushimi-Inari, Ishigaki island, Himeji Castle, Mt. Fuji, and Nachi waterfall are Japan's seven wonders. They are historically significant and will make any pair of eyes turn to them.

Question 6

I had to ask my mom for the answer to this question. She said that Lombok beach is very underrated. It's arguably better than Bali in terms of food, beaches, and prices. It's not getting the attention it deserves because Bali is too overrated and people would rather go to places that celebrities go to in their holidays!
