Question 1

Marie Kondo is an author and professional home organizer. She gained popularity after Netflix created a show based on her tidying up principles called "Tidying Up with Marie Kondo." She has published four books in total which won several nominations and awards. People call her the "Decluttering guru."

Question 2

I have seen the Netflix series "Tidying Up with Marie Kondo." It was informative and entertaining, however, I believe that some of her methods are just not practical for most people.

Question 3

I believe Marie Kondo (a.k.a, Konmari) became such a huge hit because so many people in the world need help being organized. People want to be tidy but so many of us have no idea how to be organized and make our living space look clean.

Question 4

I don't think you would be impressed by the way I manage things in my house! I have way too many clothes and books all over the place. I also tend to recycle my unused things by selling them at メルカリ or ラクマ. If they are not sold, then they will remain in my house.

Question 5

I have to do everything from doing the laundry to vacuuming the floor. I'm not really fond of dusting off surfaces and changing my bedsheets. It always makes me sneeze uncontrollably! That is the reason why I hire a professional cleaning service once a month to thoroughly clean my apartment.

Question 6

I currently have no such thing planned. I moved to my apartment fairly recently and everything is somewhat organized as of right now.

Question 1

She is a famous organizer from Japan. I'm not sure how she became so famous, but she is very popular in America.

Question 2

I have seen her show a few times. She gets people to throw things out that they don't need or use anymore and organize their space.

Question 3

I think that she became very popular in America, because Americans have a hard time getting organized. That and because she is Japanese.

Question 4

My home is as organized as it can be with two young children and a dog and cat. We clean our house every Sunday. My wife is organized, but she has a lot of photograpy equipment that can take up a lot of space. Luckily we live in a 7LDK home that is very spacious.

Question 5

I always take out the trash and recycling. I also cook and clean on Sundays and Mondays. I often clean the kitchen when I return home from work.

Question 6

We just finished our last big chore. Cleaning the outside of our home and getting rid of the bicycles that we don't use anymore.
